Residential Conveyancing Solicitor

Incredible opportunity to join a renowned full-service practice in the heart of Chester - and at home! The firm is seeking a senior Residential Conveyancing Solicitor for its very well-regarded Property team. This successful team continues to grow apace due to an excellent clientele, in line with the firms' development overall. 

This senior hire will suit a qualified Solicitor (ideally 5 years PQE and above) boasting demonstrable, vast  experience within the Property sphere. As a leading light in its specialist Property team, your role will be twofold: to take on a caseload of your own Residential matters and take a very front foot role in leading the team forward. It is expected that you will have excellent experience in the Residential sphere (experience of Commercial matters would also be of interest to the firm as that side of the department continues to develop but is not essential).

The team will require a Head of Department in the near future, and it is hoped that you will be the right person for this position. Progression is built in, as succession planning is part of the firm’s strategy. You’ll work autonomously with no supervision, ably supported by its junior team.

Salary and benefits will be in line with your expertise with a guideline for salary of up to £65k.
