Offer | £35,000 – £55,000 per annum

We are working with a well-established and reputable firm who are looking to recruit a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join their busy and well-supported property team. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity offering a steady flow of quality residential work within a collaborative and professional environment.

The role provides the opportunity to manage a varied residential conveyancing caseload, with the support of experienced colleagues and administrative staff. The firm places an emphasis on client service, efficiency, and maintaining a manageable workload.

Typical duties would include:

• Managing a caseload of freehold and leasehold residential transactions
• Acting on sales, purchases, re-mortgages, and transfers of equity
• Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other parties
• Running files from instruction through to completion
• Ensuring high standards of client care and regulatory compliance

The successful candidate will be:

• Experienced in residential conveyancing, ideally with 2+ years PQE
• Comfortable managing their own caseload with minimal supervision
• Well-organised, detail-orientated, and client-focused
• A team player who contributes positively to a supportive working environment
