Residential Conveyancer (13 PQE)
Location: Yeovil
TSR Legal are pleased to be working with a well-established and highly regarded law firm with a strong presence in the Yeovil area, who are looking to appoint a Residential Conveyancer with 13 years PQE to join their growing property team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a confident fee earner who enjoys handling quality, locally generated work and wants to be part of a firm that has long-standing, trusted relationships with local estate agents. These relationships are central to the firms success and will need to be actively nurtured and maintained.
The Role:
Managing your own residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion

Dealing with a varied range of matters including sales, purchases and related residential transactions

Working closely with local estate agents and contributing to the continued strength of those relationships

Supporting and mentoring trainees and legal assistants, including assisting with supervision and sign-off where appropriate

About You:
Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer with 13 years PQE

Comfortable running files independently and managing client relationships

Confident communicator with a proactive and professional approach

Previous exposure to a broad residential caseload

Happy to support junior team members and contribute to their development
