Our client is a nationally recognised, award-winning conveyancing law firm known for its outstanding client service and legal expertise. As the firm continues to grow, they're looking for a talented and motivated Residential Property Solicitor to join their dynamic team.

Responsibilities:

Manage a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction to completion
Provide technical legal guidance and support to transactional teams
Ensure compliance with SRA regulations and industry standards
Liaise with clients, introducers, and stakeholders to deliver a high standard of service
Supervise junior team members and contribute to knowledge sharing
Identify and resolve complex legal issues efficiently and effectivelyExperience required:

2-3 years PQE in residential conveyancing
Strong experience with sales, purchases, remortgages, leasehold, new builds, deeds of variation, matrimonial transfers, SDLT, and unregistered titles
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Highly organised, self-motivated, and able to work independently
