We are working with an excellent firm based in Stoke who are looking to hire an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join their team. This role offers the opportunity to manage a diverse and busy caseload of residential conveyancing matters from inception to completion.

You will be responsible for providing a comprehensive, proactive, and high-quality service to a broad range of clients, ensuring a smooth and efficient transaction process.

Typical duties include: Managing a full caseload of residential sales, purchases, transfers of equity, and remortgages. Conducting and reviewing pre-contract searches (e.g., local authority, environmental, drainage). Examining Land Registry documents and title deeds. Drafting and reviewing contracts and transfer deeds. Handling all post-completion matters and ensuring proper registration with the Land Registry.
