Experienced Residential Conveyancer, 3+ years experience

Remote/hybrid role | Excellent bonus structure and incentives | £45k - £60k DOE

Exciting opportunity to join a new conveyancing provider with big plans!

Based in SW3, this company is looking for an ambitious, determined conveyancer that is looking for a role where they can make an impact.....and these don't come along too often!

This is essentially a remote role, however you will be needed in HQ every couple of weeks for catch ups and client meetings so easy access to London is a must.

Alternatively, if you are more local you can base yourself in the Chelsea office or take a more hybrid approach.

You will need to have a minimum of 3+ years experience as a conveyancer, have a wide exposure to all types of residential conveyancing file (leasehold and freehold) from start to finish and experienced in an automated, paperless working world. Due to the London market, a strong understanding of leasehold files is essential!

You will need to demonstrate excellent time management skills, have experience in high volume conveyancing (nothing crazy but 70+ files will be the norm) and obviously understand and deliver exceptional customer service. And it goes without saying that a can-do, rolling your sleeves up attitude will take you far.

Basic salary is £45k - £60k DOE + realistic targets and incentives
