Key Responsibilities: Managing a full residential conveyancing caseload independently
Handling sales, purchases, transfers of equity, remortgages, and leasehold/freehold matters
Maintaining excellent standards of client care and communication throughout the transaction process
Working efficiently to meet tight deadlines and compliance requirements
Staying up to date with legal and regulatory developments relevant to conveyancing practice
