This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual looking to manage their own caseload within a supportive and professional environment.The RoleYou will be responsible for handling a full residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion. The work will include a broad range of transactions such as freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, and new build matters.This position will suit someone who is confident working independently, taking full ownership of their files, while also contributing to the expansion and ongoing success of the conveyancing team.Key ResponsibilitiesManaging your own caseload of residential property matters from start to finishHandling sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equityLiaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and third partiesMaintaining strong relationships with clients and providing a high level of serviceEnsuring compliance with all regulatory and procedural requirementsRequirementsPrevious experience managing a residential conveyancing caseload independentlyQualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, Legal Executive, or experienced non-qualified Fee EarnerStrong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise a busy workloadExcellent communication and client care skillsA proactive and detail-oriented approachWhats on OfferCompetitive salary in line with experienceSupportive team environmentOpportunity to join a stable and growing firmGenuine autonomy in managing your own workThis is a fantastic opportunity for a Residential Conveyancer seeking a new challenge in a firm that values quality of work and client relationships.
