Are you an experienced Conveyancer looking to take ownership of the entire property journey, from initial land acquisition through to handing over keys on new build plots? Location: Birmingham (Hybrid considered) Salary: Up to £40,000 + benefits Employment Type: Permanent, Full-Time The Opportunity Our client, a leading name in the residential property sector, is seeking a talented Conveyancer with strong experience handling a conveyancing caseload independently. You will be responsible for overseeing transactions from instruction through to completion, working closely with developers, land teams and buyers to ensure a seamless legal process on new build plots and residential developments. This position offers exposure to both freehold and leasehold transactions, unregistered titles, part-exchange properties, and plot sales. While specific new build or plot conveyancing experience is beneficial, it is not essential we welcome experienced conveyancers looking to develop their expertise in this area.
