Job Description Residential Conveyancer – Knighton
A well-established and growing law firm is seeking an experienced Residential Property Solicitor/Legal Executive to join its Residential Property department, based at the Knighton office, with the option for hybrid working 2 day from home and full-time support.
This opportunity would suit a motivated, client-focused Conveyancer who enjoys managing their own caseload, delivering a high standard of client care and contributing to business development within a supportive and forward-thinking legal environment.
The Role:
You will manage a varied residential conveyancing caseload in a small friendly office alongside other Conveyancers. The work contains both freehold and leasehold sales and purchases along with some new build and shared ownership matters whilst building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing clients.
About You:
Our client is seeking a Conveyancer or Property Solicitor who has at least 3 years PQE – who has the ability to handle a caseload of matters without significant supervision.
