This Residential Conveyancer will have the following responsibilities: Manage residential property transactions, including sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, leasehold matters and new build properties Provide advice on taxes, reliefs, exemptions and handle unregistered property matters Ensure all work complies with legal requirements and industry best practices, keeping up to date with changes in residential property law Working closely with the wider team to drive efficient case progression and maintain high client satisfaction I have looked at many responsibilities and they all look light Ive looking into equilaw and Ive changed and a bit in the pitch.

The ideal candidate for this Residential Conveyancer vacancy will xehkeey have the following attributes and exposure: Minimum of 3 years experience running a complex caseload of residential conveyancing matters Knowledge of residential conveyancing across the full range of sale, purchase and remortgage matters Leasehold and lease extension work Transfers of Equity SDLT requirements, including relevant reliefs and exemptions, in residential conveyancing matters The impact of restrictions and cautions lodged against a property and how these might be removed Strong team management skills with the ability to develop, coach and mentor junior team members Proven track record of winning new business and developing strong relationships with Estate Agents & Brokers
