Our client, a well-established and growing law firm, is seeking an experienced Residential Property Solicitor or Conveyancing Professional to join their thriving team. The Role
You will manage a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion. The work will include both freehold and leasehold transactions, acting for a diverse client base ranging from first-time buyers to experienced investors and landlords.

Key responsibilities include:

Managing a full caseload of residential property transactions independently
Handling freehold and leasehold matters from start to finish
Maintaining high standards of client care and communication
Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and referrers
Contributing to business development and networking initiatives

The Candidate
The ideal candidate will be a qualified Residential Property Solicitor, though experienced Licensed Conveyancers and Conveyancing Executives will also be considered.

Key requirements:

Ideally 2+ years' PQE or equivalent experience
Proven ability to manage conveyancing matters independently
Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work
Excellent communication and client relationship skills
A proactive approach to business development and client acquisition
Experience using case management systems
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
