Im working with a well-established law firm based in Cardiff Bay, who are seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join their friendly property team. This is a fantastic opportunity to handle a manageable and varied caseload of local conveyancing matters, offering quality, high-street work sourced through trusted local estate agents.

Youll be working closely alongside the Head of Department, with support from a dedicated Legal Assistant, allowing you to focus on delivering a first-class client experience rather than high-volume targets.

The Role:

• Managing your own caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction to completion

• Handling sales, purchases, re-mortgages, and transfers of equity for local clients

• Liaising with clients, estate agents, and other solicitors to ensure a smooth transaction process

• Working collaboratively with the Head of Department and support staff

The Ideal Candidate:

• Experienced Residential Conveyancer, Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer

• Confident managing a caseload independently with attention to detail and a client-focused approach

• Strong communication and organisational skills

• Keen to work as part of a supportive and close-knit team
