JOB TITLE: RESIDENTIAL CONVEYANCING FEE EARNER
\nPQE REQUIRED: 5+
\nLOCATION: North West London

\nAn exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner to join a well-established, Lexcel & CQS accredited firm as part of its national residential property team, based in North West London.
\n
\nThis is an excellent role for a confident and capable property lawyer who can hit the ground running and manage a busy caseload independently.
\n
\nYou will handle a full range of residential conveyancing matters from initial instruction through to post-completion, including:

    \n\t
  • Residential sales and purchases
    • \n\t
  • Remortgages and equity release transactions
    • \n\t
  • Shared ownership leases
    • \n\t
  • Lease variations
    • \n\t
  • New build purchases
    • \n\t
  • Help to Buy transactions
    • \n\t
  • Transfers of equity and matrimonial transfers
    • \n\t
  • Title checks for freehold and leasehold properties
    • \n

\nABOUT YOU:

\n\n
    \n\t
  • Qualified Solicitor, ILEX or CLC
    • \n\t
  • Ideally 5+ years’ PQE
    • \n\t
  • Strong experience handling your own residential property caseload
    • \n\t
  • Confident managing files independently from start to finish
    • \n\t
  • Solid knowledge of the North West London property market
    • \n\t
  • Commercially aware with a proactive and client-focused approach
    • \n
