This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a supportive, collaborative environment and wants to take the next step in their conveyancing career. The Role You’ll manage your own caseload of residential property matters, delivering a high quality service to clients while working closely with a friendly and experienced team. The firm welcomes applicants from all residential conveyancing backgrounds, and those with additional commercial property experience are also encouraged to apply. Key Responsibilities

Handling a full residential conveyancing caseload Building strong, positive relationships with clients, colleagues, and third parties Managing workload effectively to meet deadlines Using case management systems and MS Office confidently Maintaining excellent attention to detail and accuracy

Candidate Requirements

A team player with a friendly, approachable manner Confident in communication and client interaction Highly organised with strong prioritisation skills Fully IT literate and comfortable with case management systems Experienced in residential conveyancing with solid technical knowledge and expertise
