Residential Conveyancer / Solicitor Cwmbran (Central Location) Salary: Competitive + Benefits TSR Legal is delighted to be working with a well‑established and highly regarded law firm in Cwmbran that is continuing to grow its Property offering. As a result, the firm is now seeking to appoint an additional Conveyancer or Solicitor to join its busy and supportive team. The Role This is an excellent opportunity to join a thriving Property Team handling a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters. There is also scope to be involved in commercial property work for candidates with relevant experience. You will work closely with an experienced Partner, alongside a team of Solicitors and dedicated support staff, within a collaborative and friendly working environment. Key Responsibilities
Managing a caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion Handling sales, purchases, transfers of equity, and remortgages Providing clear and practical advice to clients Liaising with clients, agents, lenders, and other third parties Supporting the wider Property Team where required
About You
Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, Legal Executive, or experienced Conveyancer Proven experience handling residential property transactions independently Exposure to commercial property work would be advantageous but not essential Strong communication and client care skills Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilityConfident IT skills and experience using case management systems A positive, team‑oriented approach
