Location: Crawley, West Sussex
Contract: Part- Time, permanent
Starting Salary:
Base salary: of £20,950.80 pro rata (£27,929.36 FTE) per annum with the potential to earn up to £22,630.80 with sleep in shifts
Salary after probation: Base salary of £21,824.40 pro rata (£29,088.80 FTE) per annum with the potential to earn up to £23,504.40 with sleep in shifts
Specific Hours : 30 hours per week - shift pattern

Apple Orchard operates five residential homes across Surrey and West Sussex, set in peaceful rural surroundings. We provide nurturing, therapeutic homes for boys aged 12-18, many of whom have experienced significant trauma or disruption in their early lives. You'll help young people heal, grow, and reach their potential.
