Hours: Full-time, 162.5 contracted hours per month
Are you compassionate, dedicated, and ready to make a difference? Our client, a leading provider of childrens residential care, is looking for Residential Care Workers to join their Liverpool home.
The Role:
You will provide high-quality care and support to young people aged 1018 with complex needs, helping them with daily routines, activities, and emotional wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities:
Support young people in their daily lives
Implement care plans and structured activities
Ensure a safe, nurturing, and compliant environment
Work as part of a dedicated residential care team
Requirements:
Experience in childrens residential care desirable but not essential
Compassion, patience, and strong communication skills
Understanding of challenging behaviours (SEMH, EBD)
Commitment to delivering outstanding care
