About the Role Were looking for caring, compassionate individuals to join our wonderful team at Seaford Head Residential Home as a Care Assistant .
In this role, youll be supporting our residents with their day-to-day needs including personal care, mealtimes, mobility, and simply helping them enjoy life in our friendly and welcoming home. Youll play an important part in creating a positive, safe, and happy environment where each resident is treated with dignity and respect.
Your main responsibilities will include:
Assisting with personal care such as washing, dressing, and toileting
Supporting residents at mealtimes and with mobility
Helping to keep the home clean, tidy, and safe
Building meaningful relationships with residents by learning their likes, dislikes, routines, and needs
Following individual electronic care plans and accurately recording care provided
Administering medication (after training) and monitoring residents wellbeing
