WPS , working alongside London Borough of Ealing , is looking for an experienced, enthusiastic Resident Liaison Officer to support residents throughout a major home improvement programme. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a long-term initiative that enhances lives and homes across the borough.

Your Role Be the friendly face and trusted contact for residents. Communicate clearly and compassionately about upcoming works. Coordinate access arrangements and ensure residents are aware of work schedules. Collaborate with WPS site teams and Ealing council staff. Attend resident meetings and engagement events. Keep accurate records and feedback logs.
