Resident Liaison Officer Site-Based | Building Refurbishment | Social Housing We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established construction contractor specialising in occupied social housing refurbishment projects. Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of secured works, they are looking to appoint an Assistant Site Manager / Resident Liaison Officer (ASM/RLO) to support delivery on site while acting as the key point of contact for residents throughout the works programme. This is a dual role combining site supervision with resident engagement — ideal for someone who enjoys both operational responsibility and working closely with people.
