They are currently recruiting for a Tenant Liaison Officer to join them on a permanent basis to work on planned maintenance schemes to tenanted properties in the Liverpool region. As a Tenant Liaison Officer you will develop positive relationships with residents in order to provide information and support during refurbishment, maintenance and major works programmes. You will also be responsible for booking in appointments and will manage your own diary.
