Pertemps Network Group are delighted to be assisting a housing provider for a ResidentEngagement Officer. The role plays a key role in delivering the Councils Resident Involvement Strategy , supporting meaningful and effective engagement with tenants, leaseholders, and wider housing communities. The role focuses on building strong resident networks, supporting Tenant and Resident Associations (TRAs), Champion groups, Sheltered Housing Representatives, and ensuring residents have clear, accessible avenues to influence service improvements. Youwill develop partnerships, manage engagement activities, and help strengthen resident voice across all Housing Services.

Key Responsibilities

Resident Engagement & Support Support residents to establish new Tenant and Resident Associations (TRAs) and provide ongoing assistance to existing groups to ensure strong, effective engagement.
