Novotel London WestHotel is part of Accor, the leading global hospitality group. It is one of the largest conference and accommodation providers within Accor. The hotel provides the international business community with space for up to 3000 delegates across 33 meeting rooms. It accommodates both business and leisure guests in one of our 630 bedrooms.
Job Description We are excited to be looking for a Reservation Team Member to join our team. We are looking for someone who is experienced in this field and above all, someone who enjoys being part of team, working with our clients and is enthusiastic, and passionate about what they do!
Responsibilities: Handle all incoming reservations via phone, email, and online channels in a timely and professional manner.
Maximise occupancy and revenue through effective booking management and upselling techniques.
Build strong relationships with guests, corporate clients, and travel agents by providing tailored recommendations and solutions.
Accurately input and manage bookings in the hotels reservation system.
Liaise with the front office, sales, and revenue teams to ensure all guest requirements and special requests are met.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all hotel products, services, rates, packages, and promotions.
Qualifications: Previous experience in a reservations, front office, or customer service role in a hotel or similar environment is a strong advantage.
Proficient in English (spoken and written); an additional language is a plus.
Excellent communication, organisational and problem-solving skills.
You thrive in a team environment and bring positive energy to the workplace.
Strong computer literacy; experience with Opera Cloud or other hotel systems is desirable.
Able to multitask and stay calm under pressure.
