Research Manager – Digital & Social Insights | London (Hybrid) | £40k


We’re on the lookout for a digitally-savvy Research Manager who lives and breathes social insights. If you're a Research Manager or a seasoned Senior Research Executive ready to level up, this role is your next big move.


What you’ll be doing:

  • Lead end-to-end digital and social insight projects using tools like Pulsar
  • Build relationships with top-tier clients and deliver strategic recommendations
  • Craft impactful presentations and reports that turn data into action
  • Collaborate with teams across brand strategy, creative, and analytics
  • Get creative with data storytelling – think infographics, dashboards, podcasts, and more


What you bring:

  • Strong experience in market research (agency or in-house)
  • Excellent communicator, both written and verbal
  • Proven ability to manage client relationships and insight delivery
  • A passion for uncovering what digital data really means for business
