Job Description

A team of around 25 in the UK means you’re never a cog in a machine – your work is visible, valued, and genuinely shapes client strategy.
Our client is on a hiring drive, looking for a quantitative SRE, and two mixed-methods RE-RMs. You’ll be central to project delivery – supporting and sometimes leading work across both qual and quant studies. Expect to:
Run the day-to-day of multiple projects
Draft screeners, guides and briefings
Moderate unviewed interviews
Shape analysis and insight stories
Become a trusted client contact
Take ownership of smaller projects and workstreams
Help deliver impactful work across value propositions, brand positioning, concept testing, message effectiveness, landscape assessments and more
This is a role for someone who enjoys variety, loves being proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
You’ll thrive here if you are:
1–5 years into your healthcare research career
Comfortable with both qual and quant (or eager to develop in the other)
Intelligent, articulate and commercially minded
Naturally proactive and confident managing projects
