I am looking for a proactive and analytical Research & Marketing Manager to lead market research and marketing strategies across a diverse property portfolio, including retail assets and luxury student accommodation.

Key Responsibilities:

Market Research and Strategy

  • Collect, validate and analyse data such as footfall, sales figures and customer demographics
  • Research and position asset brands to attract and retain target audiences
  • Identify opportunities to increase footfall, dwell time and customer spending
  • Develop tenant mix strategies and maintain a pipeline of prospective tenants


Marketing

  • Create and manage digital content strategies across social media platforms
  • Deliver impactful marketing campaigns and placemaking initiatives
  • Explore commercial partnerships and sponsorship opportunities
  • Prepare marketing materials to support leasing strategies


PR, Events and Community Engagement

  • Act as the first point of contact for media and community enquiries
  • Plan and deliver high impact events and conferences
  • Engage with tenants to gather feedback and enhance customer experience


Qualifications and Skills

  • Degree from a recognised institution (Bachelor’s, Master’s or PhD) in marketing, communications, business or related fields
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint and presentation design
  • Collaborative mindset and high attention to detail
