Job Description
I am looking for a proactive and analytical Research & Marketing Manager to lead market research and marketing strategies across a diverse property portfolio, including retail assets and luxury student accommodation.
This role suits someone who is passionate, intellectually sharp and eager to learn, whether you are an ambitious graduate or an experienced professional.
Key Responsibilities:
Market Research and Strategy
Collect, validate and analyse data such as footfall, sales figures and customer demographics
Research and position asset brands to attract and retain target audiences
Identify opportunities to increase footfall, dwell time and customer spending
Develop tenant mix strategies and maintain a pipeline of prospective tenants
Marketing
Create and manage digital content strategies across social media platforms
Deliver impactful marketing campaigns and placemaking initiatives
Explore commercial partnerships and sponsorship opportunities
Prepare marketing materials to support leasing strategies
PR, Events and Community Engagement
Act as the first point of contact for media and community enquiries
Plan and deliver high impact events and conferences
Engage with tenants to gather feedback and enhance customer experience
Qualifications and Skills
Degree from a recognised institution (Bachelor’s, Master’s or PhD) in marketing, communications, business or related fields
Strong analytical and quantitative skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Proficiency in PowerPoint and presentation design
Collaborative mindset and high attention to detail
