A well-established, consultant-led fertility service with clinics in Central London is seeking experienced Fertility Consultants to join its growing medical team. This opportunity arises due to planned transitions within the consultant group, with several vacancies currently open.

About the Role:

You’ll take an active, hands-on role in guiding patients through their fertility journey—from initial consultation through to treatment—emphasizing continuity of care and high-touch, consultant-led service delivery. The clinics operate with a strong ethos of teamwork across clinical and administrative departments, with daily collaborative reviews involving embryology, nursing, and medical teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage patient treatment plans from start to finish
  • Perform procedures including egg collections, embryo transfers, follicle tracking, early pregnancy scans, HyCoSy, and hysteroscopy
  • Participate in daily blood review meetings and multi-disciplinary case discussions
  • Collaborate with a supportive network of nurses, embryologists, admin, and HCAs
  • Contribute to a culture of communication, learning, and mutual respect across teams

Role Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of post-CCT experience in fertility, including 4+ years in IVF
  • Full MRCOG qualification
  • Strong procedural experience (egg collection, ET, scans, hysteroscopy, HyCoSy)
  • Team-focused, communicative, and comfortable working in a collaborative setting
  • Some gynecology experience is desirable

Interview & Onboarding Process:

  • CVs are reviewed promptly by the senior clinical leadership
  • Selected candidates will complete a short form highlighting key procedural experience
  • Initial discussions will be held to assess alignment with the clinical model and expectations, followed by interviews with key team members

Why Join:

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a forward-thinking, clinician-led environment that values high-quality care, strong communication, and a flat team structure. The service is undergoing growth and looking to expand its recruitment pipeline across new channels, offering candidates the chance to join a team that prioritizes professional excellence and patient outcomes.
