OVERVIEW OF ROLE\n\nTo replenish accurate products into filling locations in strict accordance with GDP guidelines as defined in the standard operating procedures set by the Company.\n\nMAIN RESPONSIBILITIES\n\n * Replenish orders into filling locations using Hand Held Terminals.\n\n * Move/relocate goods/pallets as per requirements.\n\n * Keep work area clean and tidy.\n\n * Perform stock count and investigations when needed\n\n * Achieve targets set by team leaders/ managers.\n\n * Perform any reasonable requests from Team leaders/ managers.\n\n * Perform all duties in strict accordance with GDP guidelines.\n\n * Observe and adhere at all times to Health & Safety policies and procedures\n\n * Report all quality issues to the Warehouse Team Leader, bringing to their attention all discrepancies, deviations from procedure and other quality incidents.\n\n * Work to specified guidelines.\n\n * Use initiative to deal with any problems arising.\n\n * Be aware of, and contribute to effective space management.\n\n * Provide holiday and absence cover when required, in other roles.\n\n * Perform any other duties that maybe required by your team leader or manager.\n\nESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES\n\n * Effective communication skills, verbal, reading and writing.\n\n * Ability to multitask.\n\n * Previous experience working as a Warehouse Operative in a similar organization is desirable.\n\n * Reliable and punctual.\n\n * Positive attitude and strong work ethic.\n\n * Excellent time management skills and ability to manage time effectively to determine priorities and deliver to agreed timelines.\n\n * Excellent attention to detail.\n\n * Health and Safety awareness.\n\n * Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices/Good Distribution Practices\n\n * Knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel\n\n * Work on own initiative and as part of a team
