Looking for an experienced Trade Supervisor to join a growing maintenance contractor based in East London

Offering a competitive salary of up to £42,000 + great benefits and opportunities for professional growth within a supportive company.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the Repairs work stream and maintenance works across a range of properties, ensuring work is completed on time and to standard.
Lead a team of operatives, managing schedules, resource allocation, and health and safety compliance.
Liaise with tenants, addressing complaints and ensuring excellent customer service.
Work closely with subcontractors and senior management to meet and exceed contract requirements.Requirements:

Previous experience as a Repairs or Trades/Maintenance Supervisor, within social housing.
Strong knowledge of health and safety standards and compliance.
Proven ability to manage and motivate teams.
