Repairs Planner / Scheduler - Social Housing Repairs & Maintenance Full-Time, temporary (around 3 months) Based in Hitchin £14 - £15 per hour, 37.5 hour week Are you an experienced Planner and Customer Service Provider? If so, we may be able to help you! Here at Howells, we are working with a leading, UK contractor to find an experienced and proactive Repairs Planner / Scheduler to join their team, working on repairs and maintenance within social housing. This roles is a full time, ongoing temporary position (around 3 months), based in Hitchin. For this role, you must have experience as a Planner / Scheduler working on a Social Housing contract, either for a main contractor or RSL (Social Landlord), along with excellent time management and communication skills. You will also have experience of using a repairs and maintenance software.
