The role The Repairs & Maintenance Supervisor is an essential member of the Direct Repairs department, who leads a dedicated team of multi trade operatives, by providing a comprehensive, efficient and responsive property service delivery. The primary focus is providing a high-quality responsive maintenance service to all residents, internal colleagues and partners. To also provide clear structure and support to operatives in managing repairs effectively from inception to completion and final quality assurance.Your main base will be Bow, with regular travel required across East London and Essex.
