37 Hours per Week – 1 day office based and 4 days onsite Active Staff is seeking a Repairs and Maintenance Team Leader - Trades & Operatives on a 24 week contract based in Loughborough. To carry out damp and mould surveys specifying all works required and managing works through to completion using in house resources and external contractors.
