Role & ResponsibilitiesThe Repairs & Engineering Administrator coordinates the flow of equipment through the repairs process, ensuring items are accurately logged, tracked, costed, and completed on time. They work closely with internal teams, suppliers, and repair partners to prioritise urgent jobs, maintain traceability, and meet deadlines. Key duties include managing repair tickets, controlling spare parts stock, monitoring lead times, maintaining accurate system data, arranging external repairs, and supporting documentation. The role also helps manage billable repairs, retire uneconomical equipment, and keep workshop operations running efficiently with minimal disruption.What we are looking forThe ideal candidate is an organised, self-motivated, and reliable administrator who thrives in a fast-paced environment. They can manage multiple priorities, adapt to changing deadlines, and communicate clearly with internal teams and suppliers. Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel, are essential, along with the ability to learn RT Pro. They should build effective working relationships, stay calm under pressure, and manage workloads efficiently. An interest in the lighting industry is desirable but not essential, and flexibility to work weekends or extended hours is required.Whats on offerThis is a full-time role based on a 40-hour working week, between the hours of 8:30am to 5:30pm.We offer a competitive salary with the opportunity to earn overtime.
