We’re hiring: Rental Business Manager

Hexagon Leasing is looking for an experienced Rental Business Manager to lead, develop, and grow our rental operation based at our Alrewas Head Office.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who combines strong operational control with commercial drive. You’ll take ownership of day-to-day rental performance while actively developing new business, strengthening customer relationships, and maximising fleet utilisation.

What you’ll be doing:

✔ Leading and developing a high-performing rental team

✔ Driving operational excellence, compliance, and service delivery

✔ Growing revenue through proactive local business development

✔ Maximising fleet utilisation and asset performance

✔ Building strong customer relationships and repeat business
