Overview

We have an excellent opportunity for a Renewals Account Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with experience in account management, renewals, sales support, or customer success who wants to deepen their commercial expertise within a dynamic cyber security distributor.


You will manage a significant, multi-vendor renewals pipeline across the UK, Benelux and DACH regions, ensuring high retention, accurate forecasting, and strong customer outcomes. Your work will focus on protecting and growing recurring revenue, supporting partner relationships, and identifying opportunities to drive additional value.


Key Responsibilities

• Organise and manage a large pipeline of renewals, engaging expiring customers proactively within target timeframes.

• Close and expand as much renewal business as possible to achieve retention and revenue targets.

• Own the end-to-end renewals process across multiple regions, working closely with Vendors and Reseller Partners.

• Support partners through all stages of the subscription or support contract renewal, ensuring long-term customer value.

• Reinforce vendor value propositions including product features, support services, and training options.

• Develop strong knowledge of vendor product stacks to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.

• Position Distology Studios services — including Health Checks, Solution Design & Implementation, and Project Retainers — to drive additional value.

• Use the CRM quoting tool to produce accurate, timely quotes and proposals.

• Support pricing strategy, negotiation and deal closure for renewal opportunities.

• Track all renewal activity, timelines and outcomes in Salesforce.

• Collaborate with Finance and Operations on bespoke legal or commercial queries.

• Accurately forecast renewal timing, pricing, risks and likelihood of closure.

• Contribute to ad-hoc projects and continuous improvement within the Renewals team.


Skills, Experience & Attributes

• Experience in renewals, account management, sales support, customer success or similar.

• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities.

• Strong commercial awareness and a target-driven mindset.

• Excellent communication skills — written, verbal and interpersonal.

• Confident at building and maintaining long-term partner relationships.

• Analytical, detail-focused and comfortable using CRM systems (Salesforce experience beneficial).

• Proactive, enthusiastic and keen to take ownership of outcomes.

• A collaborative team player who is also capable of working independently.
