Remote Working Residential Conveyancer 

Solicitor or Legal Executive 

Office attendance in Taunton just twice a month

• Salary: up to £65,000 DOE
• 25 days holiday + Christmas close without deduction from leave

This established and well known family friendly firm are looking for an experienced Residential Property Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or CILEX to manage a varied caseload and grow with the team 

There is genuine progression in this supportive team - proven by the amount of long term employees who have progressed through qualification and onto partner/senior status 

What will you do?

• Manage your own conveyancing caseload
• Manage all conveyancing matters including freehold & leasehold sales & purchases, remortgages & equity release, transfers of equity, matrimonial conveyancing and leasehold matters 

About You: 

\n
• Qualified Solicitor/Licensed Conveyancer/Legal Executive
• 2+ years' residential conveyancing experience
• Confident running files from instruction through post-completion with minimal supervision
• You must be able to easily visit Taunton/Somerset twice a month   

Key details :

Location:           Taunton, Somerset (Only visit the office twice/month if preferred) 

Contract:           Permanent, full-time or part-time (hybrid).

Salary:               Up to £60,000 depending on experience.
