What You'll Do:

As our Recruitment Co-Ordinator, you will play a pivotal role in our recruitment process, ensuring that we attract and retain top talent to serve our community. Your responsibilities will include:

Coordinating Recruitment Activities: Schedule interviews, manage candidate communications, and maintain a smooth recruitment process. Database Management: Update and maintain recruitment databases, ensuring all candidate information is accurate and up-to-date. Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide them with the support they need. Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive experience for all candidates throughout the recruitment journey.
