Remote Recruitment Consultant (180 Recruiter) – Commission Only

Salary: Commission Only | OTE £30,000 – £45,000+

We are looking for motivated individuals to join our growing team as a Remote Recruitment Consultant (180 Recruiter).

This is a fully remote, commission-only role, ideal for someone looking to start a career in recruitment or develop their sales and business skills while working from home.

No previous recruitment experience is required as full training and support will be provided.

The Role

As a 180 Recruitment Consultant, you will focus on sourcing and placing candidates into roles across multiple sectors including:

• Accountancy & Finance
• Automotive
• Education & Childcare
• Business Support and Commercial roles

You will work on live vacancies from our clients and help match suitable candidates to opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Sourcing candidates through job boards, LinkedIn and databases
• Screening candidates and conducting initial interviews
• Matching candidates to suitable job opportunities
• Managing candidate relationships throughout the recruitment process
• Supporting hiring managers by presenting suitable candidates
• Working towards placement and performance targets
