An established leader in critical power and infrastructure solutions is seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee a major data center and power generation projects


This is a dynamic, full-lifecycle role, from planning through to delivery. You'll working closely with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure seamless execution, on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage complex engineering projects with a focus on data centre and power generation infrastructure.
  • Act as a role model in leadership, demonstrating ownership and accountability across all project phases.
  • Engage with clients at a high level, ensuring expectations are met and relationships are nurtured.
  • Oversee project controls, cost management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and key customers to deliver successful outcomes.
  • Drive strategic planning and contribute to business analysis and development.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
  • Identify risks and opportunities, making informed decisions to optimise project success.


Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience managing engineering projects, ideally within the energy or power sectors.
  • Proven track record in delivering large-scale infrastructure or mission critical projects
  • Strong commercial acumen and experience in preconstruction, procurement, and execution.
  • Advanced project management skills including planning, scheduling, and budgeting.
  • Proficient in project management software and tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Must be willing to travel to site across Europe occasionally
