Core Responsibilities As a key member of the team, you'll be responsible for:
* End-to-End Caseload Management: Taking ownership of a diverse residential caseload. We're talking freehold and leasehold sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity – from the initial instruction right through to post-completion.
* Exceptional Client Service: Being the main point of contact for clients, estate agents, lenders, and all other parties. Clear, proactive, and empathetic communication is crucial to ensuring a smooth process for everyone involved.
