Remote Conveyancer

Oculus Legal Group is delighted to be partnering with a well-established and highly respected firm with a long standing reputation for providing legal, property, and financial services. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Conveyancing Fee Earner to join a reputable, forward-thinking firm on a remote basis.

The Opportunity:

Communicating with clients on a daily basis, dealing with matters over the phone, email or in person
Updating and maintaining a case management system
Liaising with other parties’ solicitors, brokers and estate agents
Managing property transactions, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, New build and Shared ownership transactions, remortgages and transfers of equity from inception until post completion
Title checking and reporting to clients
Raising and signing off the enquiries
Maintaining and checking Due Diligence and Risk Assessments in line with the firms’ policies
Ensuring compliance with anti-money laundering and data protection regulations.

About You

Proven experience as a residential conveyancer managing files end to end
Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team environment
Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage priorities in a fast moving setting
