Were looking for a Remortgage Technical Trainer to play a key role in building and maintaining technical capability across our remortgage operation. This role is ideal for an experienced remortgage professional who enjoys sharing knowledge, developing others, and driving consistent technical standards. You wont have direct line management responsibility, but you will have significant influence across the department through training, coaching, and technical guidance. The Role Deliver high-quality technical training to remortgage teams, supporting both new joiners and experienced colleagues.
Design, develop, and continuously improve technical training materials aligned to business needs, lender requirements, and regulatory standards.
Act as a technical subject matter expert across remortgage work types, including: Company and corporate remortgages
Staircasing transactions
Islamic / Sharia-compliant mortgages
Transfers of equity
Leasehold and complex title matters
Unregistered land
Develop, implement, and maintain a departmental skills matrix, ensuring clear visibility of technical competence, dev...
