Reliability Engineering Team Manager based in a large engineering and manufacturing site in Scarborough £42k - £45k per annum plus car allowance Holiday Pay and pension Superb employee benefits scheme Permanent role Monday to Friday - 07.30-4.30pm Purpose of role Leading a small three person engineering team, you will be driving maintenance improvement to plant machinery, reducing downtime, overseeing plant machinery performance and monitoring condition of plant machinery, advise on preventative actions , investigating plant machinery issues using root cause analysis and data collected by the team, work on fixes and make suggestions going forward to avoid future machinery issues and breakdowns.
