Requirements of a Reliability Engineer You must be qualified Electrically or Mechanically and have proven experience of planning projects within manufacturing or production environments. Alongside having experience of improving plant reliability by critiquing data that relates to OEE, MTBF & MTTR and implementing changes to improve performance.
