We’re working with a well-regarded global (re)insurer on the appointment of an experienced Reinsurance Purchasing Manager to support the design, negotiation, and placement of reinsurance arrangements across multiple product lines. This is a varied and visible role that bridges technical insight, relationship management, and strategic planning.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Understanding the business’ evolving reinsurance requirements, ensuring purchasing strategy remains fit for purpose. Developing renewal documentation and supporting marketing materials Building effective working relationships with brokers and reinsurers to secure optimal outcomes. Monitoring spend and contributing to forecasting and budgetary planning. Preparing reports and updates for senior stakeholders and committees.

What We’re Looking For:

Solid grounding in reinsurance, with experience in placement or broking. Confident communicator who builds trust with internal and external stakeholders. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
