Job Description
Regulatory Operations & Compliance Analyst – Distributed Ledger / Trade Workflow - c£600 (doe) - Inside IR35 - 6 months
A global leader in electronic trading across rates, credit, equities, and money markets. As part of our continued expansion, we’re hiring a Regulatory Operations & Compliance Analyst to support major regulatory and market-structure initiatives, including emerging DLT models and end-to-end workflow design.
This role sits at the intersection of Compliance, Regulatory Operations, Legal and Technology, helping Tradeweb strengthen regulatory controls, build resilient workflows, and support future DLT trading and settlement models.
What you’ll be doing
Supporting complex client reconciliations across Legal, Compliance and Operations.
Designing multi-jurisdictional process swimlanes (UK/EU/US/APAC).
Assessing how DLT and digital settlement models interact with MiFID II/MiFIR, EMIR, SFTR, CSDR and DLT Pilot frameworks.
Producing regulatory reporting mappings and transaction reporting data flows.
Developing detailed end-to-end trade workflows across multiple products and venues.
What we’re looking for
Strong fixed income / electronic trading product understanding.
Regulatory experience covering MiFID II/MiFIR, EMIR, SFTR, CSDR.
Skilled in workflow/process design and regulatory interpretation.
Strong analytical capability and interest in DLT/market infrastructure.
Visio/process mapping tools essential; SQL or Python desirable.
