This is a fast-scaling nutrition business stepping into its next phase - sharper innovation, bolder brands, and serious growth ambition. To do that well (and legally), we need someone who lives and breathes compliance - and knows how to make it enable growth, not slow it down.

As the Regulatory & Compliance Manager, you’ll be the calm, credible voice in the room. The person everyone trusts when it comes to safety, standards and future-proofing the product range. You’ll sit right at the heart of the business, influencing decisions from formulation to go-to-market.

This isn’t a box-ticking role. Your expertise will shape how the company operates.

What you’ll be getting stuck into

• Owning the compliance landscape - EFSA, BRCGS, HACCP and all relevant UK/EU regulations.
• Setting the standard on labels, claims and legal copy (and helping commercial teams get it right first time).
• Partnering with NPD to approve ingredients, suppliers and compliant formulations.
• Embedding sustainability and ESG thinking into packaging, sourcing and product life cycles.
• Developing a small but high-impact team.
• Building relationships with 3rd party manufacturers across the UK – there won’t be much travel in the long-term, but at first, you’ll be out getting to grips with them.

What you’ll bring with you

• 5+ years in regulatory, technical or quality roles within the food industry (bonus points for anything nutrition and wellness related).
• Strong working knowledge of EFSA, BRCGS, HACCP and labelling/claims legislation.
• Experience dealing with audits, documentation and third-party manufacturers.
• A genuine interest in wellbeing, sustainability and building systems that scale with growth.
