Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an experienced Registered Valuation Surveyor located in Belfast. The role involves conducting Residential and Commercial property valuations for a variety of purposes, including Homebuyers, mortgages, and Pension Schemes. Additional responsibilities include preparing detailed valuation reports, liaising with clients and stakeholders, adhering to industry regulations, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of market trends and legal requirements. Salary -£55,000 + bonus Qualifications Proficiency in property valuation and market analysis Strong knowledge of property-related regulations and legal requirements Effective communication, report writing, and client management skills Attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills Membership or accreditation with a recognized professional body such as RICS (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors) Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for property valuation Valid drivers license and willingness to travel as required Strong understanding of NI property market To apply - click apply now and upload a copy of your latest CV, closing date 30th April 2026
